| Description: | Do you have much to learn from your patients? Do you have a deep respect for the lives and stories of older people? Do you want to influence the service and future experience of older people? This is a new full time position and you would be a key part of our service development stategy. Within our 4 services we are developing pathways for older people with dementia and severe/enduring mental health difficulties. You will be an important part of our multidisciplinary team providing input at all levels including the most effective clinical psychology service delivery. You will provide supervision for assistants and trainee clinical psychologists and take a lead in service evaluation and research. We have established links with local clinical psychology doctorate training courses and would support your involvement. The Retreat offers a contributory defined benefits pension scheme.
