Position Description

Associates are responsible for delivering ad hoc project work. The volume of work depends on the number and size of projects available at any given time. Associates may be responsible for delivering any of the following:

  • Training: Facilitating BPS level A and B training; acting as a tutor in level A and B training; facilitating best practice competency-design and interview training; designing custom training courses related to assessment and selection.

  • Development feedback: Providing development feedback based on psychometric assessment results (personality, emotional intelligence) and 360 questionnaires.

  • Job analysis: Conducting focus groups, repertory grid and critical incidents interviews; analysing data from job analysis questionnaires.

  • Test development: Designing bespoke assessment centre exercises; designing online assessments (e.g. situational judgement tests).

  • Validation studies: Conducting validation studies and evaluating the business outcomes associated with using assessments in selection and recruitment.

Key Criteria

  • Qualifications: Registered or Chartered Psychologists preferred.

  • Experience: Associate positions are open to applicants with a range of years and types of experience.
