| Description: | Location: Thames Ditton, Surrey Salary: up to £39,000 dependent on experience SHL is currently looking for a highly-motivated individual to work for our Science & Innovation team. This team is responsible for the development of new and existing products in the SHL portfolio. As a Senior Science & Innovation Consultant working in SHL’s global head office, you will be involved in a range of leading edge product development and client projects. This will include developing online cheat-resistant tests, leading edge localisation programmes, and ensuring that our products are sensitive to language and culture. The role also involves advising and working alongside our front line consultants around the world on talent management and talent acquisition projects for major private and public sector clients. You will be degree qualified and have postgraduate experience or qualifications in Occupational or Applied Psychology. You will have experience both as a project manager and as a consultant, and a good working knowledge of statistics and various assessment tools. It will be useful to have detailed knowledge of psychometrics but this is not essential; however you should have an interest in developing a more in-depth knowledge of psychometrics. The successful applicant will have strong project management abilities and be able to communicate clearly to a variety of other stakeholders within the business, as well as a strong drive to work successfully within a team.
