Title: Head of Research & Product

We are now looking to recruit a Head of Research & Product to ensure the ongoing and innovative development of our research and product offering. Driving Lane4 thought leadership and cutting-edge product development through both internal and external networks, you will have the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels and a
track record for driving innovative research.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Ensures that current sports and performance psychology thinking is central to the Lane4 proposition.
  • Represents Lane4 in the wider research community, to include presenting at conferences, contributing to key research journals, etc.

  • Manages Lane4 partnerships with various external research institutions/agencies.

  • Ensures a robust and innovative pipeline of new products and upgrades existing products.

  • Ensures a reliable and user-friendly knowledge management system for communicating and accessing research and product output.

  • Line manages the Research and Product teams, to include supervising individuals undertaking research projects on behalf of Lane4.


    • PERSON SPECIFICATION:
  • Chartered psychologist, possessing a PhD in the field of psychology.

  • Well networked in the wider research community.

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally, and influence at all levels.

  • Successful track record of driving innovative research thinking.

  • Experience of leading and managing others.

  • Strong understanding of the L&D industry, to include knowledge of latest organisational development thinking.

  • Alignment to Lane4 values.
