| Description: | We are looking for an experienced, highly committed clinical psychologist to join our well developed clinical team, providing psychological services in Darlington, County Durham, Northumberland and North Lincolnshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company with a strong commitment to providing excellence in care. You will be responsible for systemic governance of psychological practice within Castlebeck services, acting as a highly specialist resource to the wider professional team. You will work closely with the nursing and care staff providing consultation, direct clinical input, education and training. Key to your role will be the direction and guidance given to team members. You will be involved in shaping the on-going development of services through the undertaking of audit, and proposing and implementing policy changes. Relevant research will be actively encouraged and there are excellent opportunities for continuing professional development.
