| Description: | EXCELLENCE IN THE PROVISION OF MENTAL HEALTH CARE Clinical or Forensic Psychologist Llanarth Court Hospital 1 Full-time post (37.5 hours per week) and 1 Part-time - (30 hours per week) Up to £45,000 (pro-rata) for part-time) Partnerships in Care is the leading independent provider of secure mental health facilities across the UK. Our West region comprises Llanarth Court Hospital (medium and low secure services) and Aderyn (step-down service) near Abergavenny, and Abbey House (step-down service) in Malvern. The vacancies are to work with male patients (medium security) and/or female patients (medium security and rehab) at Llanarth Court Hospital. You will be working within a multi-disciplinary team with patients with complex needs, including mental illness, personality disorder and cognitive deficits, providing assessment and individual and group treatments for offending behaviour and mental health needs. You will be based in the Psychological Services Department, which comprises Clinical and Forensic Psychologists, Assistant Psychologists, Music and Art Therapists and undergraduate placement students. Experience of working with individuals with mental disorders is essential; experience of working with offending behaviour is desirable. Registration with the HPC is essential.
