| Description: | IAPT Clinical Manager in CBT £37,996 - £45,596 + ESSENTIAL CAR USER ALLOWANCEOF UP TO £1,170 PA 37.5 HOURS PERWEEK • BASED EASTERN KENT & COASTAL IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY EMPLOYED BY THE NHSWEWILL ARRANGE FOR YOU TO REMAIN IN THE NHS PENSION SCHEME. KCA provides a wide range of high quality, innovative primary care mental health services. You will be a member of the Psychological Therapy Providers (PTP) team. This role will involve a part management and part clinical role within the IAPT service. You must be a very experienced CBT therapist fully conversant with the CBT competences framework. You will offer line management and clinical supervision to high and low intensity practitioners across the PCT area. Reporting to the CBT clinical lead you will have a small caseload and will provide high intensity CBT interventions to clients with a range of complex problems for which CBT is demonstrated to be clinically effective. Applicants should be either BPS or BABCP accredited or UKCP registered and a Masters level qualification in a relevant field would be desirable.
