As a Case Manager on the Fit for Work programme, you will be required to: You will be a Psychologist who will work with clients via telephone and face-to-face consultations, and provide further ongoing support. Experience of working in occupational health, condition management, mental health or use of proven evidence-based psychological techniques such as CBT, motivational interviewing or solution-focused therapy are all desirable but not essential, as training is provided.
